For four generations, the Godbout family has been crafting a delicious array of tasty products made with Québec’s most famous raw ingredient—maple syrup.
It all started with sugar shack meals and sugaring off parties at the family sugar bush. Over the years, the younger generations introduced a growing variety of maple products and opened a stand in Québec City’s Old Port Market, for the greater enjoyment of tourists and locals alike.
Now, more than 50 years on, Érablière Godbout has the best selection of pure maple products in town.
