The market restaurant will feature an ever-changing menu inspired by vendors’ seasonal products to showcase all the region has to offer. Come enjoy the bustle of the market and try some of the many mouthwatering dishes—there’s something for everyone!

The restaurant—owned by Coopérative des horticulteurs de Québec—prepares its offerings with ingredients sourced fresh daily from the growers, processors, and artisans at the Grand Marché.  Going straight to the producer guarantees quality and gives pride of place to local products.

What’s more, special attention is paid to avoiding waste. That’s what’s so inspiring about the restaurant—it’s a great place to discover new tastes and local expertise all year round.

The kitchen also has a beautiful old-time bread oven that lend an artisanal and rustic touch to the dishes it serves. Each day a different type of bread is baked fresh to go with the meals (baguette, boule, épi, fougasse, etc.).

From open to close, the market has something to satisfy every appetite, whether you’re looking for a light snack or a full meal to eat in or take out.
