Creator of the first sparkling blueberry wine, Domaine Le Cageot grows and harvests berries and turns them into aperitifs and liqueurs. The Domaine was founded in 1977 in Jonquière and has since added 8,000 vines to the property to produce their own white and red wines. Berry-based products such as jams, jellies, and vinaigrettes round out their product offering.
